Digital License Replacement & Refund

If a digital license key is defective, it will first be replaced with a new license key.

If the replacement also does not work, a refund may be considered only if requested via email at

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase and only if the license key does not work.

No refunds will be processed after the 3-day period.
Software Compatibility

Checking software compatibility with your system is entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Antiviruskart.in acts only as a license seller. All software is owned, developed, and copyrighted by the respective brands.

Refunds will not be provided for compatibility-related issues.
Valid License Refunds

A valid and working license is refundable only in the case of a duplicated order.

Refunds are not applicable in any other scenario.
Defective License Proof

Defective license keys will be replaced.

A license key will be considered defective only after confirmation from the respective company, supported by official output (for example, Microsoft confirmation).
Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7 working days.
Delivery of Digital Keys

Once digital license keys are delivered via email or WhatsApp, refunds are not applicable.

Digital keys are irreversible and cannot be retrieved once dispatched.
Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once received or processed.
Local System Issues

Antiviruskart.in does not take responsibility for local system issues, including hardware problems, operating system corruption, or configuration errors that prevent software from functioning properly.
